The Service Manager is the primary interface responsible for daily management of contract compliance and administrative responsibility of the governance process. Own end to end service, contract, and relationship management for client accounts. Ensure services are designed, governed, and delivered as per contractual, quality, cost, and time commitments. Lead service governance, reviews, SLA/KPI performance tracking, and executive reporting. Maintain strong customer relationships, health monitoring, surveys (NPS/CLI), and issue escalation. Drive continual service improvement, risk mitigation, and service excellence. Manage financial governance including billing, credits, and financial health checks. Support portfolio growth and demand management aligned to client IT and business strategy. Enable operational readiness through effective service operations, resourcing, and process execution.

Service & program management, strong business/financial acumen, effective multi level communication, telecom experience, proficient in Google tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), excellent English skills. Google suite,Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams (Intermediate).

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
