Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing Closely work with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety manager, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all others involved in projects Works with superintendent and quality control to coordinate and effectively manage material schedules, work schedules, job material and equipment purchases Complete AutoCAD installation drawing packages for our field team Produces project billings, budgets, and purchase orders Process change order requests, and related project administrative documents Complete effective and accurate submittals Prepare and review operations and maintenance manuals Develop logical and sequential project schedules using Microsoft Project Maintain project schedules and budgets Represent the company in a professional manner Work from the Felix Construction Phoenix Headquarters and make frequent job site visits around the Valley Who You Are Construction management, civil engineering or mechanical engineering degree required 5+ years of water/wastewater construction industry experience highly desired Advanced Excel and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam skills required Basic AutoCAD experience preferredAble to read plans and specifications for all the disciplines on a typical water/wastewater project Alternative Procurement Delivery Method (APDM) experience highly desired (CSP, CMAR, D-B, JOC, etc.) Why Join Felix Construction Felix Construction is more than a company—we are an employer and contractor of choice with the leadership and infrastructure to sustainably execute on our growth and deliver on our brand promise.
