Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Maintain GMP-compliant warehouse standards and procedures
• Perform inventory counts and stock organization
• Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and product documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
• Follow SOPs, safety standards, and quality procedures
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Work closely with operations, quality, and logistics teams

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
• GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, professional, and motivated work ethic
• Experience with inventory systems or barcode scanners is helpful
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
• Maintain GMP -compliant warehouse operations and documentation
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
• Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and product traceability
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanroom or controlled warehouse standards when required
• Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.)
• Quarantine damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials
• Use ERP/WMS systems for inventory and shipping transactions
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Production teams
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels
• Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance checks
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping for FDA/GMP requirements
