Overview
Registered Nurse, Home Health – Travel assignment in Everett, WA. Start date 09/07/2026 for 17 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,295 to $2,304. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 8 hours. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Assess home health and hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs; document findings.
- Implement, develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Obtain data on physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural factors that may influence patient/family health status and incorporate into the Plan of Care.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records with visits, contacts, problems, plans, actions, and goals; ensure changes are reflected as they occur.
- Provide care utilizing infection control measures; educate patients and/or families regarding care, medications, home safety, and self-care practices.
- Supervise and provide clinical directions to the HHA/STNA/LVN to ensure quality and continuity of service.
- Assess and reassess pain; utilize appropriate pain management techniques and educate on pain control.
- Arrange referrals to appropriate agencies when needed; monitor cases for third-party payer compliance.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and perform on-call responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) – required
- CPR certification – required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – required
- 1-2 years RN experience in a clinical care setting; 2+ years home health experience – required
- OASIS experience – required
- Homecare Homebase software experience – required
- Education: ADN required; BSN preferred
- CHPN certification – preferred
