Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies to clients, conducting thorough examinations and assessments to tailor interventions effectively.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, enhancing their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards in counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
