Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively with professions and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.Education and/or Experience: RN: Graduation from a four-year state accredited school of nursing and one year of experience in psychiatric nursing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LPN: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and prefer one year of experience in nursing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CMA: Minimum of High School Degree and obtained certification from the Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). One year related experience and/or training preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
