- Preparing and filing forms with USCIS and other agencies, including immigration courts and federal courts.
- Communicating directly with clients regarding their cases.
- Performing legal research and analyzing documents.
- Proficiency in Writing (English).
- Managing caseloads and tracking deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail for handling immigration cases.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and excellent organizational skills are required.
- Bilingual skills are a significant advantage, particularly in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
