Senior Product Marketing Manager – HCM & Payroll

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who initiates and collaborates on positioning, content, and go-to-market execution for UKG's HCM and Payroll product lines. This is a builder role—you'll develop the slides, the stories, the battlecards, and the launch plans. You'll be a key team player between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, making sure products are clearly positioned and sales teams are fully enabled to win. We're looking for someone who can identify what needs to be done and drive it independently, while working effectively within a small team as well as across a large, cross-functional organization. UKG is unable to sponsor a visa for this position.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field (SaaS/B2B strongly preferred); HCM, Payroll, or HR tech experience a plus
• Hands-on content creator—comfortable building slides, one-pagers, and enablement assets yourself
• Strong project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines
• Self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and execute without waiting for direction
• Strong cross-functional collaborator—comfortable working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance in a matrixed environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling instincts
• Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, Jira, or similar) a plus

The pay range for this position is $102,300.00 to $147,050.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
