Technical Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to drive strategic, business-facing technology initiatives-particularly in the areas of AI, software development, and cloud-based enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects, exceptional stakeholder management skills (including at the C-suite level), and a proven ability to operate across both technical and business domains.
This role sits within the PMO and supports a broad portfolio, including AI solution deployment, Salesforce integrations, data warehouse projects, ServiceNow enhancements, cloud migrations, complex firm-wide rollouts, and third-party vendor management.
What You'll Do
• Lead the end-to-end execution of transformational technology projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage complex stakeholder environments, bridging communication between technical teams, vendors, business units, and executives
• Build and maintain integrated project plans and RAID logs using monday.com
• Track milestones, risks, interdependencies, and resource allocations across projects
• Partner with business sponsors to drive alignment, requirements, user adoption, and training
• Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings, stand-ups, and executive briefings with well-crafted reporting dashboards
• Adapt your project approach (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on initiative needs
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, operations, and the front office, ensuring clarity of priorities and execution

Required Skills & Experience
• 7-12+ years of experience across technology, data, banking, consulting, or risk functions.
• 3+ years managing complex programs or projects involving data, analytics, AI, or digital platforms in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-workstream initiatives with senior stakeholder visibility.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Master's degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or comparable project/program management certifications.
• Exposure to AI model deployment or integration into business workflows
• Experience working within a Project Management Organization, ability to create and deliver reports and updates to senior management.
• Prior work directly supporting investment banking or capital markets teams
• AI, data, or cloud certifications are a plus.
