Shop Supervisor
CSTK Inc. is an award-winning Authorized Thermo King dealership group providing a complete line of refrigerated transportation products, including parts, service, aftermarket accessories, trailer repair, and technology solutions. In addition, we also provide sales, parts, and service for the top construction equipment brands.
You will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations of a shop, ensuring that the staff members perform their duties to address customers' needs.
Requirements to Apply:
- Prior shop experience as a leadman, foreman or supervisor in a transport refrigeration, heavy-duty (HD) transport, or automotive shop, or similar transportation industry
- Prior shop supervisory experience within the transportation industry, preferred
- Experience in training technicians and/or Train the Trainer settings
- Prior experience within the transportation refrigeration industry, preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, positive outlook, goal oriented, problem solver, respectful
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
