Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise salon staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Implement and track sales, marketing, and customer retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in salon management or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of salon software and appointment booking systems.
Proven ability to drive sales and team performance.
Passion for the beauty industry and excellent customer service skills.
