Registered Nurse (ACT Team)Position at Clarvida - GeorgiaLocation: Savannah, Georgia (Community-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000–$72,800/yearAbout the RoleClarvida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The RN will work closely with adults who experience serious and persistent mental illness to provide individualized care that addresses the client's medical needs, mental health support, and overall well-being. In this role, you will conduct nursing assessments, monitor health status, assist with medication administration, and support clients in managing their physical and mental health needs.You will work primarily in the community, meeting with clients in their homes, in the community, and in outpatient settings.
