Martz Bus, a leader in motor coach transportation, is currently accepting applications for the position of Building Maintenance Custodian for our Saint Petersburg, FL location. Martz Bus is family owned and operated, and has been in the motor coach industry for over a century.
The Building Maintenance Custodian will perform all aspects of routine office cleaning to include dusting, vacuuming, trash removal and restroom cleaning. In addition, the Building Maintenance Custodian will also be responsible for grass cutting, minor construction projects and minor electrical, plumbing and lighting repairs.
Must be available to work Monday - Friday 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
