The position offers a 13-week contract starting on October 26th with evening shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, including rotating weekends. Located near Oak Park, IL, this opportunity requires flexibility and dedication to supporting healthcare teams during critical evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and check inpatient medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in their daily duties
• Conduct IV admixture checks to maintain compliance and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and communication

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system

• Effective communication and supervisory skills
