About the Role Our client is looking for an innovative and results-driven Especialista en Marketing Digital to lead campaign strategies and drive online growth. Based in our vibrant Mexico City, Mexico City office, this role offers a hybrid work model, blending remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Create engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency. Manage social media presence, fostering community engagement and increasing brand awareness. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives. Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and growth strategies. Proven experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both independently and collaboratively. Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in digital marketing. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
