Client Services Manager - Raleigh/Durham

Hera Fine Jewelry is seeking two full-time Client Services Managers to open our Raleigh/Durham showroom. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on guiding clients through the design and purchase of engagement rings and wedding bands. At Hera, Client Services Managers are deeply involved in the creative process. You’ll work closely with clients to shape meaningful, personal pieces: helping them select stones, refine design details, and make thoughtful decisions about everything from proportions to engraving. This is a role for someone who takes pride in client experience, aesthetic judgment, and precision, and who finds real satisfaction in seeing an idea become a finished piece. This position includes evening and weekend availability (Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule) to meet clients when they are most available. This role reports to the Senior Client Services Manager. What You’ll Do Lead in-person and virtual client consultations, guiding clients through design decisions and purchase options with clarity and confidence Play an active role in the creative development of each piece, helping clients choose stones, settings, and personalized details Drive consultative sales, supporting clients from initial interest through final purchase Manage ongoing client communication, ensuring a thoughtful, organized, and responsive experience Partner with design and production teams to bring each client’s vision to life with accuracy and care Maintain strong attention to detail across all client interactions and project steps Support showroom readiness and coordinate inventory for client meetings as needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of client‑facing experience Demonstrated interest in design, aesthetics, or craftsmanship The ability to guide clients through decisions with confidence, clarity, and care Commitment to welcome a variety of diverse people and perspectives Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining nuanced or technical concepts Experience managing client relationships beyond in‑person interactions, including consistent written communication and follow‑up across multiple channels Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines without losing detail Self‑motivated and adaptable in a fast‑moving, growing company Collaborative, thoughtful, and open to feedback Why This Role Be directly involved in creating pieces that mark meaningful moments in clients’ lives Experience the full arc of the design process, from initial conversation to finished ring Develop both creative and client‑facing skills in a growing, design‑focused company Opportunity to grow with an innovative and expanding brand Location & Schedule This is a hybrid role based in Durham, with regular in‑person work in our showroom.
