o Day Shift – Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, unit Coordinator ( Monday- Friday)

o Night Shift – Charge RN, RNs , 2-3 LNAs

· Patient Ratios – 5-6:1

· Type of equipment – Hoyer, CPM,

· EMR – Code Cart
