Start your new career as a Setup Technician with MAU in Mansfield, GA. As a Setup Technician, you will set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with manufacturing standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity. What We Offer:

- Must be available to train on day shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM–3:00 PM
- Permanent 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (overtime as needed on Saturdays)
- High School Diploma preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Basic mechanical and electrical work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment
- Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment for quality and productivity
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (changeovers)
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
- Troubleshoot and correct issues with equipment, devices, or products
- Perform various production and quality control duties as requested
- Initiate, participate in, and maintain 6S standards and lean manufacturing concepts
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement program
- Understand and demonstrate commitment to the company's Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2015 responsibilities
- Perform special duties as assigned by management
- Patrol job stations throughout the shift
