About the Position

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• Current MRI certification through ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• Licensed in MRI by the Oregon Board of Imaging (OBMI)
• Related Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association

Assignment Details:

• Shift hours: 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Scheduled days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Additional coverage hours may be required as needed
• Call may be assigned based on staffing and department needs
• Charting system: EPIC
• Equipment includes SIEMENS SKYRA 3.0T, SIEMENS ALTEA 1.5T, and Siemens Aera 1.5T mobile MRI
• Patient populations include critical care, pediatric, NICU, general anesthesia, neuro with perfusion, MSK, and abdomen
