Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site school-based Occupational Therapy services at two middle schools
• Collaborate as part of an eight-member OT team, supporting students and staff
• Conduct initial and re-evaluations to determine special education eligibility
• Provide MTSS and IEP support to students
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to help generalize skills into classroom environments
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in building-level meetings

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Illinois (or eligible)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities
