Pay Rate: $55/hr to $60/hr

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 4x10s, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week with rotating weekends and call

Experience: Minimum 1 year CT Technologist experience preferred

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Hot Springs, SD. This role will perform routine and emergent diagnostic imaging using CT and fixed/portable X-ray while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and timely exam completion.


Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency CT and X-ray imaging procedures.
• Adjust exposure settings and patient positioning for quality imaging.
• Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Process images in PACS for radiologist review.
• Complete exams according to radiologist protocols.
• Document, charge, and process exams in the EMR.
• Assist patients with contrast media for CT exams.
• Support equipment quality control, radiation safety, and patient safety.
• Provide professional service to patients, staff, and clinical teams.

Requirements

• Current R.T.(R)(ARRT) certification required.
• Active state license required.
• Minimum 1 year CT Technologist experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, radiation physics, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience with PACS and EMR documentation preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Must be available for rotating weekends, call, and holiday coverage.
