As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing direct nursing care and personal hygiene care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Administering medications and treatments, including respiratory therapy modalities
• Applying and enforcing infection control policies and practices
• Organizing time, effort, and energy effectively to prioritize patient care
• Reporting incidents and changes in patient conditions to the Registered Nurse
• Providing patient instruction during hospitalization and upon discharge
• Assisting with the orientation and continued learning of new staff members and students

Requirements for this position include:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse Program with current licensure
• CPR and ACLS certifications
• Visual, auditory, and manual dexterity abilities to assess patient conditions
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn various computer programs utilized by the facility
• Need 1 year experience in setting
