If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service BDC Representative to be the friendly voice of our Service Department. Every call, text, email, and appointment is a chance to create an exceptional customer experience—and you'll be at the heart of it all! If you're upbeat, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping people, we want to meet you! What You'll Be Doing Answer incoming calls and help customers schedule service appointments. Create a welcoming, first-class experience with every customer interaction. Listen carefully to customers' needs, answer questions, and connect them with the right team members. Respond quickly to phone calls, online scheduling requests, internet leads, text messages, and live chat inquiries. Educate customers on recommended maintenance and available service specials. Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers who missed their scheduled visit. Coordinate Special Order Parts appointments once parts arrive. Schedule We Owe repairs and services, working with customers and vendors to complete outstanding delivery items. Manage the Sublet Schedule, including creating repair orders, purchase orders, NPOs, entering vendor invoices, and closing sublet invoices. Assist with cashiering duties by processing customer payments during evenings, weekends, and as needed. Work closely with our Service Advisors and technicians to keep everything running smoothly. Qualifications What We're Looking For A positive, energetic personality that shines over the phone. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Someone who loves multitasking and staying organized. Computer savvy and eager to learn dealership software. Automotive, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person! High school diploma or equivalent.
