Occupational Therapist

Providence at Home with Compassus Territory Coverage (candidate must be local and willing to travel to below cities):

Apple Valley, Lucerne Valley, Barstow, Helendale, East Victorville, and surrounding areas

Schedule:

• Part-Time, 24 hours per week
• 3 days per week, pay per visit pay model
• Day shift - 8am to 5pm

Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll blend innovation with compassionate care by incorporating AI-powered documentation tools into your practice. This role allows you to focus on helping patients regain independence while improving the accuracy and efficiency of your documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.
• Document therapy progress with the support of AI technology, reducing after-hours workload.
• Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients.

Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.

Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• Two (2) years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Pay Range: $49.91 - $61.66

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
