The Customer Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing timely support and resolving inquiries effectively. This role involves handling customer orders, managing complaints, and collaborating with a medium-sized team to maintain high service standards. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the representative contributes to building strong customer relationships and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries promptly
- Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders accurately and manage related data entry
- Collect and document customer feedback
- Manage complaints with professionalism and tact
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Collaborate with a medium team (4-10 members) to achieve service goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
