Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers. Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and resident progress. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional resident care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
