Title: Executive Assistant / House Manager

Our client, a private family in Orlando, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant / House Manager to provide day-to-day personal, household, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee household operations and scheduling
• Coordinate appointments, vendors, errands, and travel logistics
• Manage calendars, household organization, and ongoing projects
• Handle research, purchasing, and general personal assistant support
• Anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Support a busy household with flexibility and responsiveness

Qualifications

• Prior experience in executive support, personal assistance, or household management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-touch environment
• Local to the Central Florida area preferred
