Position Overview

We are in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician who is passionate about providing outstanding care within a supportive team atmosphere. Our OB/GYN Department includes:

• 20 OB/GYN specialists
• 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians
• 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• 15 Certified Nurse Midwives

We operate as an integrated and efficient prenatal care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work part-time or full-time (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)
• Oversee a well-trained team of 8 sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage a patient load of 21 to 25 individuals per day in the clinic
• Share on-call duties with two other MFM physicians, primarily involving telephone consultations
• Note that MFM physicians are not required to handle deliveries

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is based on a production model
• New clinicians receive a one-year guaranteed salary of $524,000, with significant potential for increased earnings
• Starting bonus of up to $35,000
• Opportunity for a two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in
