Van Drunen Farms is growing and we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team. This position involves maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed packaging equipment, partnering with various teams to support equipment reliability, and supporting facility maintenance needs.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $32.64 - $41.00 and may qualify for supplemental compensation through bonus and incentive programs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid holidays and vacation, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with company match.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience maintaining high-speed packaging equipment, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma or GED is required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge preferred.

The physical work environment includes frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms, with occasional sitting and reaching. The role requires working around moving mechanical parts, performing tasks at elevated heights, and exposure to wet or humid conditions, fumes, extreme cold, and loud noise levels. Daily work is in a refrigerated production environment.
