TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Albermarie, North Carolina.

UNIT: Medical Telemetry

CLINICAL INTERVIEW

Experience Required: 1.5 years.

Stroke experience/NIH assessments, Chest tube management, PIV starts, trach care, Cardiac rhythm interpretation, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management, etc), PCA pumps
Medication gtt management to include: Cardiac drips, Heparin, blood products, IVF.

Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Stroke, COPD, Chest Pain, Altered Mental Status, GI bleed
