Staff Software Engineer, AI Incubation and Rapid Infrastructure Automation

Work as an Artificial Intelligence-First Software Engineer who engages directly in the customers' environment to understand and solve their issues.Use Agentic AI and Spec Driven Development to develop products and solutions with an AI-First mindset.Participate actively in architectural and design decisions, exercising sound technical judgment to ensure solution delivery in the fastest possible time.Mentor and coach junior engineers and interns, contributing to a collaborative team culture. Manage individual project priorities and tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic environment.Communicate and collaborate effectively within a geographically distributed team structure.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience programming in C++.5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.3 years of experience with software design and architecture.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8 years of experience in professional software development.Experience with backend distributed systems, databases, and full-stack development.Experience in Spec Driven Development using Agentic AI.Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Golang and experience in testing and launching distributed systems, storage, and related software products.Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical stakeholders.Google's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another.
