I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before entering the insurance industry, I spent 20 years in the automotive business. After leaving that industry, I realized I could continue making a difference by helping people protect what matters most through insurance. I'm a graduate of Robert Morris, married with children, and enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf whenever I can. Our agency enjoys staying involved in the community by supporting our local school district and building relationships with the families we serve. We offer paid time off, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As an Account Associate for Paul Santone - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
