We're seeking experienced and driven recruiters to join our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters . This role transcends traditional desk work; it acts as a launchpad for your professional journey as we provide you with enhanced resources that elevate you - equipping you with the essential technology, marketing tools, and operational support necessary for scaling your success and personal brand. Your responsibilities will include managing full-cycle placements while building robust client relationships. - Manage Full-Cycle Searches from intake to closing the deal.
- Build Client Partnerships, deeply understanding their hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Source Candidates Strategically using our proprietary CRM/ATS along with tapping into your existing network and resources.
- Utilize Our Platform to keep track of candidates, monitor outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Emphasize Permanent Placements that offer enduring value to clients while also generating significant commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership to elevate both MLR's and your own professional brand.
