Talascend is currently seeking a Content Analyst for an opportunity in Franklin, Tennessee.

OVERVIEW


Responsible for auditing, rewriting, creating, and localizing knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Content Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality content standards, addressing gaps, and adapting materials for regional needs while supporting organizational knowledge management objectives. Review and update outdated content.
• Create new articles to address identified gaps.
• Ensure compliance with templates, tone, and organizational standards.
• Localize content for regional needs, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field required.
• 3+ years in content management or HR operations.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR processes and content management principles.
• Ability to ensure compliance with templates and tone guidelines.
• Bilingual preferred (English + Spanish/Portuguese).

Preferred Requirements

• ACKMP Certifications with Knowledge Management or ServiceNow (i.e. Certified KM Professional (CPKM®), Specialist (CKMS®), or Auditor (CKMA®))
