Audiology Opportunity in West Texas

You’ll step into an established Audiology role with built-in referrals and strong specialty support. This Audiology position offers a predictable weekday schedule, no call, and the chance to grow your hearing aid program with multiple vendor options. Practice Overview:

• You’ll join an ENT-connected audiology service with the ENT clinic attached for easy coordination
• Steady referral base from 2 ENTs and 1 advanced practice provider
• Support team in place: 2 audiology assistants who perform testing
• In-house equipment includes two audio booths, hearing test equipment, and a VMG machine

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule, 8:30a-5:30p
• No call and no holidays
• Mix of diagnostics, counseling, and hearing aid fittings/education

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary starting at 90,000 plus production (hearing aid commission up to 50,000/year)
• Additional 5,000/year tied to clinical and operational measures
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Benefits include malpractice, health/dental/vision, 24 days PTO, Simple IRA with 3% match after 1 year, up to 3,000 CME, and reimbursement for licensure/DEA/associations

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Audiology (ABA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Comfort with full scope: assessment/diagnosis, treatment planning, counseling, and hearing aid fitting/education
• H-1B sponsorship available
