**Job Summary:**
The Inventory Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available. This position involves monitoring inventory levels, tracking inventory movement.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data is up to date in the inventory system.
2. Coordinate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages.
3. Monitor inventory levels and track movements to avoid overstock or stockouts.
5. Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records and identify discrepancies.
6. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and performance metrics.
7. Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend strategies for liquidation or disposal.
8. Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory replenishment processes.
9. Assist in developing inventory management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in handling inventory items.
