Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Flatiron District, NY

Job Description Maximize profitable sales by regular review of sales and margin information. Ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized. Maintain store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing sales. Ensure all fixtures are replenished. Evaluate & communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to grow business. Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines. Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values. Experience and Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment. Experience delivering employee training, facilitating meetings, and giving feedback. Ability to use voice amplifiers, headsets, earpieces, microphones. Drive top‑line sales through effective floor leadership and people development. Experience with cash handling and inventory/sales auditing. Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems. Ability to execute floor leadership, elevate guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising. Physical ability: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, etc. May involve lifting at least 30 lbs. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week. Benefits Family Care Leave.
