Open and close the restaurant, ensuring safety and quality. Interact with customers enthusiastically, resolving any complaints with empathy. Manage food, labor, and costs while maintaining high standards. Ensure compliance with food safety and personal hygiene standards. Requirements 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equivalent. Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Successful completion of Donatos M.I.T.
