QVC Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

Overview QVC Group is a Fortune 500 live social shopping company with six leading retail brands (QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill®, Grandin Road®). The Customer Service Specialist will work from home, assisting customers through inbound calls, problem‑solving, de‑escalating situations, promoting products, and improving sales while maintaining a high‑paced call volume.
