About our Agency:
Our office opened in January 2024. We have a culture of working hard but also having fun each day. Our main goal is to help our customers protect what they have and plan for their future. Because our office recently opened, any new hire will get to see first-hand how to grow a business and get invaluable experience that they could take with them if they also wanted to be a business owner in the future.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitchael Weg - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
