Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced OR nurses for an 8-week contract to support surgical operations. Candidates must be confident circulators and scrub nurses across multiple service lines, with a preference for Orthopedics, Vascular, ENT, and Neuro specialties.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist during surgical procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety.
• Serve as both circulator and scrub nurse, maintaining sterile technique and supporting the surgical team.
• Adapt to multiple service lines, demonstrating flexibility and clinical competence.
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and patient information as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure with current, unrestricted license.
• Proven experience as a circulating and scrub nurse in an operating room setting.
• Familiarity with multiple surgical service lines, especially Orthopedics, Vascular, ENT, and Neuro.
• Ability to work independently with confidence and clinical versatility.
• Flexibility to work three 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with some schedule adjustments based on OR needs.
