Position Summary The Family Support Specialist is responsible for providing families with a wide array of services to equip and supply family members with the necessary tools to successfully prevent out‑of‑home placement or reunification services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, marriage and family therapy, or related human service field. Belief system and engagement in faith practices compatible with those of the United Methodist Church. Ability to pass standard background checks including drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry and Sex Offenders Registry.
