Company Overview
A growing legal services organization is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to support performance marketing initiatives through accurate reporting, attribution validation, and actionable business intelligence. The role works closely with paid media and intake teams to improve marketing efficiency and ensure data accuracy throughout the customer acquisition funnel.
Position Summary
The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for analyzing campaign performance across search, social, video, programmatic, connected TV, and traditional media channels. This position focuses on validating marketing data, identifying tracking issues, building reporting dashboards, and delivering insights that support marketing investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze campaign performance across Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, CTV, radio, landing pages, and call tracking platforms.
- Monitor full-funnel performance from click through retained case to identify efficiency gaps and revenue leakage.
- Validate attribution accuracy across CRM, marketing technology platforms, and tracking systems.
- Identify lead discrepancies, duplicate records, routing issues, and reporting inconsistencies.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking spend, CPL, CAC, cost-per-case, retention metrics, and forecasts.
- Partner with Paid Media and Search teams to identify optimization opportunities using performance trends and cohort analysis.
- Conduct competitive analyses and performance deep dives to support bidding and budget decisions.
- Develop forecasting models using historical performance, intake benchmarks, and conversion velocity.
- Document reporting processes, tracking architecture, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of marketing analytics, paid media analysis, or performance reporting experience within a lead generation environment.
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and call tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and cross-channel measurement.
- Experience identifying and resolving tracking, routing, and reporting discrepancies.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume lead generation organizations.
- Experience analyzing multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and cohort analysis.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, and intake teams.
