Screen Printing Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Location: Lyons, GA (onsite)

Shift: 2nd Shift (Evening/Night – exact hours to be confirmed)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a hands-on Screen Printing Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations in a growing production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced press operator or printing professional ready to step into a leadership role and help scale operations.

This role is located in Lyons, GA and does not include any relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all 2nd shift screen printing operations
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
• Train, coach, and support team members on equipment and processes
• Troubleshoot production issues to maintain efficiency and workflow
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in screen printing (press operator or similar role)
• Strong understanding of screen printing processes and equipment
• Ability to lead or readiness to step into a supervisory role
• Comfortable working independently on a night shift

Preferred:

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Background in high-volume production environments

Work Environment

• Hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Fully onsite position requiring active involvement on the production floor
