Human Resources Intern – Human Resources – Part Time, Temporary Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand‑alone, not‑for‑profit hospital located in Ste. What to expect as a Human Resources Intern: Maintain strict confidentiality of all information contained in or pertaining to personnel files Support the Human Resources Department in various areas Accurately and effectively complete onboarding process, including but not limited to conducting reference checks, setting up onboarding appointments, new hire paperwork, and badge printing Ensure job descriptions are signed by department managers, new employees and transferring employees Scanning documentation into employee files Assist with maintaining employee data within the HRIS system Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Basic Skill Set (Read, write, speak English) Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior preferred) in Human Resources or Business Administration, required.
