As an Esthetician Instructor , you'll do more than teach; you'll inspire, mentor, and help students build meaningful careers in the beauty industry.

You will earn between $18 and $20 per hour , with flexible scheduling options that fit your lifestyle. Full-time schedules include Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or Tuesday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We also offer part-time opportunities if evenings or weekends work best for you.

• Active Ohio Esthetician Instructor license
• Clinical experience with facials, esthetic devices, and advanced treatment techniques

• Comfortable using computers and instructional tools in a learning environment

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR

You create an engaging and supportive classroom environment while teaching our renowned esthetics curriculum, covering everything from facials to advanced machine-based services. You guide students as they build confidence, professionalism, and hands-on skills, offering consistent encouragement and real-time coaching along the way. You provide meaningful feedback and mentorship that help each student grow and succeed while collaborating closely with a passionate team that's committed to delivering an exceptional educational experience. At the same time, you continue expanding your own knowledge through ongoing training and development, staying current in an ever-evolving industry.
