Sales team member needed for a local insurance agency that prides itself in excellent customer service, going above and beyond for our clients, and giving back to our community. Our agency has been in Livingston since 2007, and we are looking to continue our growth with a new team member who shares our mission: to take care of the people and things most important to our customers, to protect our clients' incomes, and to help our clients build wealth.

Full time position requires a candidate with strong communication skills-both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM platforms, outlook, teams, and other Microsoft programs is necessary. Must be willing to identify and ask for opportunities to multi-line within our established book of business, as well as respond to requests for policies from new clients, ask for referrals, and market to new customers. Being a sales team member requires meeting a quota of sales every month in order to earn commissions and bonuses, which are paid above the base salary. Earning commission is expected of sales team members, as the sales team's production is needed to meet annual agency sales goals.

A MT Property/Casualty producer license is required, with the expectation that the candidate will acquire their MT Life/Health producer license within the 1st 6 months of employment. In-depth training is provided for learning our sales and service procedures.

New hires are eligible for employee benefits after the 90 day probation period. Benefits include generous paid time off, group health insurance, and 401(k) with employer match. Base pay is switched to annual salary, with commission, after the probationary period.

For the right candidate, I offer a training and mentoring program for future entrepreneurs. I have helped a previous employee through this process, and he now owns and operates his own insurance agency in OR.
