Retail Sales Consultant

Overview It’s time to take your sales career to the next level. Every day you’ll be at the center of it all. Your goal? Create meaningful connections with every customer, using your personalized sales expertise. Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. Assist customers with online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Participate in community events and support daily sales floor operations. Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, and maintain flexibility to meet evolving customer needs. Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on AT&T’s product suite. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience required – training and coaching will be provided. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. Compensation Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.76–$18.33 per hour plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
