A medical supply company requires a licensed pharmacist to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to facilitate shipping legend products to Montana. This role involves overseeing compliance with state regulations, recordkeeping, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipments to Montana patients. The position requires a pharmacist with a valid license from any state, not necessarily Montana, to meet mail order pharmacy licensing requirements.

Location:

• Freehold, NJ (remote oversight with minimal onsite hours)

Schedule:

• Approximately 1 hour per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to meet Montana mail order pharmacy license requirements
• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping related to shipments to Montana patients
• Verify proper labeling to confirm identification of Montana patients and legend products dispensed
• Maintain compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate with company staff remotely to uphold quality standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with an active and clear license from any U.S. state
• Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and recordkeeping requirements
• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus
• Ability to provide remote oversight and guidance as PIC
• Previous experience as a PIC preferred but not required
