HR Leave & Admin Specialist Permanent Role in Alaska
Northern Star Resources Ltd.
Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Human Resources Leave & Administrative Specialist to join our HR team at the Pogo operation in Alaska. This full-time role supports HR functions, leave administration, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits processes. The successful candidate will maintain confidential employee records, operate HR systems such as ADP, and coordinate leave programs (FMLA, WC).
